Start by calming down...
Breathing...slow, deep
Breathing in confidence, calm and centeredness
Breathing out anxiety, fear, stress ( you fill in whatever on each)
Follow your breathing and offer yourself loving kindness (see attached above).

Call on Nature:
Some may want to see themselves as water with mind clear and reflecting what you have learned
Others may see themselves deeply rooted as a tree whose branches and roots are strong even in storms and winds of challenge.
Others may want to see themselves as a mountain solid and imperturbable.
